Project Overview:

Xujing Beicheng Metro Station. The project is located in the northwest of Xujing Town, Qingpu District, and is a station along Shanghai Metro Line 17. The main functions of the development are rail transit stations, rail transit management houses, P+R parking facilities, bus departure stations and supporting management houses. The total land area of the project is 16,000 square meters, and the total construction area is 21,000 square meters. Rail transit and public transportation accounted for 77% of the area, and supporting management buildings accounted for 23%. There are a total of 300 P+R parking spaces.
