1. Scope of supply
The scope of application of seismic support is the supply and installation of the entire project's electrical and mechanical pipelines (including but not limited to all water, electricity, ventilation, and air conditioning); the finished support is only applicable to the entire basement electrical and mechanical pipelines (including but not limited to all water, electricity, ventilation, and air conditioning) ) Supply and installation.
2. Interface division of supply and construction subcontracting
2.1 Assembled integrated pipeline supports and hangers (finished supports) and seismic supports (including professional pipelines such as ventilation and air-conditioning pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines, electrical bridges/bus ducts, intelligent bridges, etc.) of the electromechanical system of this project All kinds of connectors, supports, tube bundles and other parts) shall be uniformly designed and purchased by the fire fighting unit;
2.2 The installation of non-fire-fighting pipelines in this project and the connection and installation of the corresponding integrated supports and hangers (including seismic supports) shall be undertaken by the relevant contractors. The contractor is responsible.
3. Technical requirements
3.1 General
3.1.1 Description
Explain the specifications and the technical requirements for the installation of the assembled integrated pipeline product support and hanger required for all pipelines of the fire protection system and the electromechanical system.
3.1.2 General requirements
A) All pipes delivered to the construction site should be brand new, with colored bands and markings to facilitate identification of different grades.
B) The pipe joint must not be hidden in the wall or floor.
C) Pipes must pass through walls, floors and beams with pipe sleeves. If the traversed structure needs to be waterproof and sealed, it must be connected with wrought iron waterproof flange pipe.
D) Except for pipes with a diameter of 200 mm and above, all hot-dip galvanized steel pipes shall not be welded under any circumstances.
E) For steel pipes with a diameter of 200 mm and above, after the first installation is completed, a second hot dip galvanizing must be carried out.
F) All pipes spanning the expansion joints of the building must be connected with metal corrugated pipe expanders.
G) All piping devices should be installed according to construction drawings.
H) Cooperate with the construction schedule and submit all relevant pipeline installation documents.
I) When the installation needs to cooperate with the ceiling, the contractor shall be responsible for adjusting the height of the pipeline to meet the ceiling height, and the cost shall be borne by the contractor. If the pipeline must be installed before the ceiling, the contractor should obtain the architect/engineer’s instructions for the predetermined height before proceeding.
J) If all pipelines are installed/exposed under an environment that can freeze the pipeline system, insulation materials and electric heating must be provided to prevent the pipeline from being damaged and affecting the operation of the system
K) All non-equipotential steel materials must be separated by rubber gaskets when connecting.
3.1.3 Seismic design requirements
3.1.3.1 The following equipment and pipelines should adopt seismic supports and hangers: Air-conditioning unit fans with gravity greater than 1.8KN.
Air ducts with rectangular cross-sectional area greater than or equal to 0.38m2 and circular diameter greater than or equal to 0.7m. Smoke prevention and exhaust duct, accident ventilation duct and related equipment.
The indoor water supply, hot water and fire-fighting pipes that need to be fortified are horizontal pipes greater than or equal to DN65.
When the linear length of the water supply and drainage risers of high-rise buildings in the 8 degree and 9 degree areas is greater than 50m, seismic measures should be adopted. When the linear length is greater than 100m, seismic measures should be adopted.
Electrical piping with an inner diameter of not less than 60mm and a cable ladder frame, cable tray box and busway with a gravity of not less than 150N/m.
3.1.3.2 Seismic supports and hangers should be reliably connected to the main structure of the structure. According to the seismic fortification intensity of the project location, the seismic force is the main load, and it is composed of anchors, reinforced hangers, seismic connection members and seismic braces.
3.1.3.3 All components constituting the seismic support and hanger shall be finished components, and the structure of the connecting fasteners shall be easy to install.
3.1.3.4 Pipeline seismic supports and hangers should not limit the displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, and their setting and design should meet relevant regulations.
3.1.3.5 All anti-seismic supports and hangers should be reliably connected to the main structure of the structure, and the influence of uneven settlement should be considered when the pipeline passes through the settlement joint of the building.
3.1.3.6 The maximum lateral spacing of the seismic supports and hangers of rigid material cable ladders, cable trays and cable trough boxes for newly built projects is 12m, and the maximum longitudinal spacing is 24m.
3.1.3.7 The maximum lateral spacing of non-metallic cable ladders, cable trays and cable trough boxes for seismic supports and hangers of new construction projects is 6m, and the maximum longitudinal spacing is 12m.
3.1.3.8 The maximum design spacing of lateral seismic supports for rigid pipelines of new construction projects is 12 meters, and the maximum design spacing of longitudinal seismic supports is 24 meters; the above parameters of flexible pipelines are halved; the above parameters of reconstruction and expansion projects are halved.
3.1.3.9 The maximum design spacing of lateral seismic supports for rigid rectangular ducts of new construction is 9 meters, and the maximum design spacing of longitudinal seismic supports is 18 meters; the above-mentioned parameters of flexible ducts are halved; the above-mentioned parameters of pipelines for reconstruction and expansion projects are halved.
3.1.3.10 Seismic supports and hangers produced by manufacturers of seismic supports and hangers (including channel steel, connectors, spring nuts), in addition to the factory self-inspection, each batch of products should be sent to the national testing agency for mechanical testing to ensure the structure Safety.
3.1.3.11 The remaining specifications and implementation requirements shall meet the relevant requirements of the "Code for Seismic Design of Building Electrical and Mechanical Engineering".
3.1.4 Quality assurance requirements
3.1.4.1 Qualification requirements for construction personnel
A) All pipeline assemblers and equipment installers should have at least three years of relevant work experience in the industry.
B) All pipes and fittings used in this project should meet the standards required by the technical specifications in the bidding document.
C) All welding technicians must have a valid construction certificate issued by the relevant government agency.
3.1.4.2 Responsibilities of suppliers of finished supports and seismic supports
The supplier needs to design the entire pipeline support system, perform detailed calculations on the force of the integrated supports and hangers and material selection, provide mechanical calculations, and provide design drawings for review by the design institute designated by Party A. If there are opinions on the design institute, the supplier shall make amendments according to the opinions of the design institute until approved by the design institute. Supply on time according to Party A’s construction project schedule and shall not affect the project schedule;
The supplier shall provide a complete set of materials such as "Technical Manual for Finished Bracket Installation", "Finished Bracket Installation and Use Guide", "Finished Bracket Load Calculation Book", and "Finished Bracket Field Installation Guide Manual" to ensure product safety and provision Excellent service.
The supplier needs to send technicians to provide on-site training and technical guidance services throughout the installation of the bracket and pipeline.
3.1.4.2 Data submission
The supplier shall submit detailed drawings of the pipe support and fixed support for approval. The supplier and construction party shall submit pipeline testing and cleaning procedures for approval. The constructor shall submit a complete test report after the test and put into operation.
