The scope of supply includes: channel steel, tube bundles, connectors, anchor bolts.

1) U-shaped channel steel is cold formed channel steel, which is convenient for pipeline installation, maintenance and expansion in the future. The wall thickness of channel steel is 2.5mm. There are teeth on the inner edge of the U-shaped channel steel, and the depth of the teeth is not less than 1mm, and the installation of all accessories is realized by mechanical occlusion to ensure the reliable connection of the entire system. The U-shaped channel steel connection is safe and reliable, and the complete set of integrated pipelines have safe seismic, impact and slip resistance performance after installation.

2). Rubber inner gaskets are installed in the pipe clamps for supporting metal pipes to achieve the effects of insulation, shock resistance and noise reduction.

3) The anchor bolt used for the fixed bracket has corresponding seismic performance, impact resistance and certain fire protection aging.

4) The parts and profiles of all products are prefabricated in the factory and assembled according to the field size, without welding on site.

5) Assembled composite support and hanger material, the surface treatment of U-shaped channel steel is epoxy spraying (thickness not less than 70um); the parts are electro-galvanized, and the thickness of the coating is not less than 5um.
